About the Founder

About the Founder

Clarova is led by Helen Lloyd‑Jeng, a senior communications and organisational leadership professional with more than 20 years of experience across public, charitable and regulated sectors.

Her background spans leadership roles in local government, the NHS, higher education and national charities — including senior communications positions supporting large, complex organisations and cross‑agency programmes.

She has led communications and stakeholder engagement for major initiatives, including multi‑million‑pound capital developments involving education, health and local authority partners. Her work has involved operating at board and executive level, supporting decision‑makers in high‑pressure, high‑accountability environments.

Her experience includes crisis communications, organisational transformation, public engagement and partnership development. She has also held governance roles, including trustee positions, and has contributed to a range of strategic boards, advisory groups and sector partnerships.

This experience underpins Clarova’s approach — combining practical delivery insight with a strong focus on accountability, risk and public value.
