Who We Are

Clarova was founded by Helen Lloyd‑Jeng, a senior communications and organisational leadership professional with more than 20 years of experience across public, charity and regulatory sectors. Helen has led major programmes across change, crisis response and strategic communications, helping organisations navigate complexity with clarity and integrity.

Her work sits at the intersection of AI governance, responsible innovation and public‑value leadership. She brings a values‑led approach that emphasises clarity, inclusion and trust — supporting senior teams to develop credible oversight and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny.
